East Holladay Dog Park

With a quiet fenced-in dog park, Northeast Portland has a hidden treasure in East Holladay Park. The off-leash area is not only big enough for fetch, but there’s also a water fountain, multiple entrances, and a chill vibe. This one’s definitely worth checking out.
Play Features
This Hazelwood dog park is a flat, open grassy field. It’s not the biggest fully fenced park, but there’s certainly enough space to comfortably throw the Chuckit! or a frisbee—even for bigger dogs. A water fountain and trash can are located just outside the south entrance.
Park Vibes
There’s a decent chance you’ll have the park all to yourself. And sometimes that’s exactly what your dog needs. This is one of the chillest neighborhood dog parks around.
The park doesn’t get much shade, but it’s nice in the mornings and evenings. Have a seat on the star-shaped bench in between Chuckit! rounds.
Easy Access
Park in the small lot off NE Holladay Ct., and walk through the main park to the off-leash area. If you want to park closer to the dog park, come in off NE Wasco St. or NE Multnomah St.
Once you’re there, getting in and out of the off-leash area is a breeze. There are three entrances to the dog park, all double-gated.
Mud Factor
East Holladay dog park holds up decently in the rain. The dirt surrounding the concrete does get muddy.
